How to set up a Star TSP100/TSP113/TSP143 printer on Microsoft Windows

This help doc describes how to get your Star TSP 100/TSP113/TSP143 working on a PC or laptop running Microsoft Windows.

  1. Download and install the appropriate driver from the Star website.
  2. Open the Control Panel and select Devices and Printers from the options.
  3. Right click the Star TSP100/TSP113/TSP143 printer (depending on which one you have).
  4. Choose Printing preferences from the option and then click Advanced.
  5. Under Paper Size, make sure that "72mm x Receipt" is selected: 
  6. Click OK twice to return to the list of devices.
  7. Right click the printer again and this time choose Printer Properties.
  8. Select the Advanced tab.
  9. Click Printing Defaults and then Advanced from the options.
  10. Under Paper Size, make sure that "72mm x Receipt" is selected: 
  11. Click OK twice to confirm.

Your printer is now set up for receipt printing from Timely!
