Can multiple staff use Timely on the same computer?

Timely requires that individual staff use their own login details to manage appointments. This way, a full history of actions is kept for each staff member.

Switching between staff usually requires that staff logout so that someone else can login. This can be a little cumbersome and is something we are looking at adding.

In the meantime, another option is use two different web browsers or a browser like Google Chrome which provides profiles. These profiles can be set up so that each staff member can have their own version of Google Chrome running simultaneously on the same machine.

Note: care should be taken because staff will be able to access each other's profiles.
