How to set individual Xero account codes for products and services

When you connect your Timely account to Xero, you can choose a default Sales account that all your invoices are automatically synced to.

You can also set different Xero account codes for your individual services, classes and products which makes it easier to track those sales in Xero.

Services or Classes

  1. Head to Setup > Services.
  2. Click Edit next to the service/class.
  3. Find the Service details section.
  4. Choose the Sales account you want to use under Xero account.
  5. Click Save to apply.

Products

  1. Head to Setup > Products.
  2. Click Edit next to the service/class.
  3. Find the Product details section.
  4. Choose the Sales account you want to use under Xero account.
  5. Click Save to apply.
