  1. Allow customer to book recurring classes online

    Recurring classes are great, now we need customers to be able to book multiple classes online. Currently this isn't possible. It is also not possible to add a customer to multiple recurring classes once a single class has been booked. Please fix!

    • Barcode scanning for products

      Hello there Timely, we love the fact that now we can do away with a register program and exclusively use yours. I'm a huge fan. We were just wondering, with the new stock control/product feature, can we still use our barcode scanner to put the products into the system for sale? Can't seem to find a way of doing this. Thanking you!

      • Online payments for classes

        Online payments is currently supported for appointments. It is not supported for classes yet. This would be a great addition now that you can raise invoices for classes

        • Add 'view conversation' button to messages tab

          Reading complete message history in the messages tab can be very difficult, switching back and forth between sent and received messages. It would be handy to have a 'view conversation' button that would show all messages to and from the selected customer.

          • Stock reordering function

            I am loving the new products section, however, theres one thing that could be added to it, to make it amazing!! I love the emails we receive, telling up that stock is low, however, unless we write them down, it's hard to keep track of what we need to order. It would be great if there was a function in Products, called Ordering, that automatically tallies what needs to be ordered, according to the stock levels entered. Then, we could either print it off to double check stock or email it to our suppliers. Is something like this possible? Cheers…

              I really like the new steps taken for tracking stock and alerts. The missing piece of the puzzle would be having a setting for "desired quantity". For example, I have bottles 6 of Vitamin D. When I'm down to 1 bottle, I get a stock alert that says that I'm almost out. That's great, however, when I place vendor orders, my items are in various states. Some are almost out, some are ok, some have plenty. It'd be great if could run a report that indicates my desired quantity is 6 but I only have two in stock. This way…

              • Displaying outstanding balancing when raising an invoice

                When an appointment is complete, the user clicks on the appointment in the calendar and most likely presses the Raise Invoice button. It would be nice if any outstanding balance would be displayed on that window. This way the user would know there is an outstanding balance and could tell the customer while they're in the process of paying.

                • Restore a previously cancelled appointment

                  Right now once an appointment is cancelled we're unable to click on it and undo the cancellation. So lets say we cancel it then a customer calls back and changes their mind. Easy way to bringing it back doesn't seem possible other than redoing the whole appointment all over.

                    Current we are able to put a URL into the system for the customer to click a button and return to the website after a booking has been made.

                    Go to Settings > General settings > Business details and enter your website address under “Your website”

                    However this relies on the customer clicking the button, with Google AdWords for example this prevents the ability to track conversions from the paid campaigns. When a search user goes from the ad to the domain and then to the timely booking interface this is counted as a referral and eliminates Google AdWords from…

                      When booking an appointment, it would be great to be able to look up the customer by phone number.

                      This is a much easier way to uniquely identify customers.

                      • Skip forward 'x' weeks at a time instead of using the date picker on the mobile version

                        Have the ability to skip forward 1 week, 2weeks.... without going through everyday in the date picker.

                          • Add different categories to the roster for tracking hours worked, holidays etc

                            I need to be able to have different entries on the roster which will give a report on working, holidays, sick leave, college etc. The report would ideally give each employees hours based on this information for any given period. This is necessary especially in the case of holidays to calculate holiday pay for different staff memebers

                              When I click my "Book Now" button and select a service, it shows me the next day that times are available, but no option to select Timezone. I only see the timezone dropdown when I click on a day first. Please add this dropdown list on the initial screen that you see immediately after selecting a service. Thank you!

                                Having just switched over to invoicing entirely in Timely now we are finding that the current reports are not sufficient to provide an accurate picture of business performance.

                                We would greatly appreciate the addition of a new report or the improvement of existing reports to be able to show the following:

                                + Total Services Billed in a period (Day / Week / Month / Custom)
                                + Total Products Sold in a period (Day / Week / Month / Custom)
                                - Cost of Sales (Product & Services** Cost)
                                = Gross Profit

                                Currently it appears the only way to calculate gross profit…

                                  For example when staff members work at a few different locations during the week, this option would allow the user to view the staff member's appointments at all locations at once, instead of having to view each location's appointments individually.

                                    It's not a matter of keeping customer pricing secret, but keeping it separate. It's not appropriate for pricing to be all over the staff calendar.

                                    I would have thought that because timely is for both customers and for staff it there would be some settings to separate some of the details for each as the purpose for each is somewhat different.

                                    Staff is aware pay is not related to what I charge customers but I don't think they should have to have that on their schedule. As it is unrelated.
