  1. Online payments for classes

    Online payments is currently supported for appointments. It is not supported for classes yet. This would be a great addition now that you can raise invoices for classes

    • Calendar view to show staff member at all locations

      For example when staff members work at a few different locations during the week, this option would allow the user to view the staff member's appointments at all locations at once, instead of having to view each location's appointments individually.

      • Retrieve a previously cancelled appointment

        Right now once an appointment is cancelled we're unable to click on it and undo the cancellation. So lets say we cancel it then a customer calls back and changes their mind. Easy way to bringing it back doesn't seem possible other than redoing the whole appointment all over.

          The two way SMS only allows for confirming appointments, it would be great if clients could cancel also. "Reply Y to confirm, reply X to cancel"

          • Add an option that makes padding time appear as available

            I use padding time to allow the processing time needed for colours to process before a colour can be booked back in, however this padding time is seen by the booking system as busy, where in fact it is processing time, which is free time. if a client can't book in during these processing times, then this leads to a whole lot (sometimes up to 50%) of unproductive time that clients can't be booked into unless they actually call and speak to one of the staff. Padding time should have the option to be set as "busy" or "free"

              • Block customers from making bookings

                Today was Mothers day and we had a couple of no shows... annoying i know but they seem to be the same clients always making a bookings and not showing. Would be good to block or ban these customers from making bookings, and forcing them to call. Or forcing them to pay when booking. Thanks, Harley

                • Attribute staff member by invoice line item rather than overall invoice

                  Currently when raising an invoice you can select which staff member to apply it too. This needs to be extended so that you can choose a staff member for each line item.

                  • Day sheet print options including showing busy time

                    We have to print day sheets every day for our 3 mobile members of staff and it would be much easier if:
                    a) pressing print went directly to a print dialog and the day sheet didn't need to be downloaded as a pdf. This takes longer and you end up with lots of pdf's!
                    b) If there was an option to print a calendar view more similar to that you see on the screen (i.e. showing "free" space). This would enable staff to at a glance see how their day was structured.

                          Not all of our locations are able to take every payment type we have set up. Especially our mobile locations. It would be useful to be able to allocate payment types to locations.

                                • Add multiple appointments for more than one customer to a single invoice

                                  At the moment it is possible to add multiple appointments for a single customer to an invoice. It would be great to extend this to allow multiple appointments from more than one customer to be added to a single invoice.

                                    Having more fine grained control of user access for staff members and administrators by allowing them access to areas within sub sections of Settings and Account etc. Including allowing staff members to update their own roster but not other staff member's, allowing administrators access to only a specific location and giving additional staff members access to account holder settings.

                                      Our staff earn commission based on targets. We need to see their actual sales totals to be able to calculate this. The present business reports and sales reports include other statuses which gives a false total. Also in some cases 2 stylists would provide the service for a client e.g colour then cut, but the sales report defaults to the main stylist. We need a report that shows the exact services done by each stylist for any given client.

                                        Good news! Improved commission reporting is now on our radar.

                                        Our intention is to make commission amounts configurable by staff/service/products and have this flow into a new report.

                                      • Indicate who cancelled an appointment and what the cancellation reason was

                                        There should be a way to determine who it was that cancelled an appointment.

                                        We ran into a situation where appointments were mysteriously cancelled, but the clients showed up, and staff couldn't figure out what happened to the appointments.

                                        As it turned out, the appointments were cancelled the night before the appointment by a staff member unfamiliar with the system, but we wasted a few hours trying to figure this out by process of elimination.

                                        It would be much easier if the cancellation would explicitly say somewhere who cancelled the appointment (the client or named staff member).

                                        • Prevent appointments from being booked online after location opening hours

                                          It would be really beneficial to be able to set a cut off time for when customers are allowed to book appointments online.

                                          At present, this is not possible due to the following scenario.

                                          1. I have set a locations opening hours to be 08:00 - 19:00 daily
                                          2. I have set the staff working hours to be 08:00 - 22:00 daily because one type of booking takes 3 hours, and so the latest we want to take a booking is 19:00 so that our staff don't have to work past 10pm.

                                            Hi Cian, just so I understand you correctly – the solution you are looking for is a setting for online bookings that overrides staff working hours (e.g. 22:00) with the opening hours set on the location (19:00)?
