Miniwebsite link from practitioner direct to booking their services
The miniwebsite about page lists practitioners and their bio. Place a direct booking link for each practitioner directly to the services they offer instead of a book now button at bottom.
External links could then direct a person to the practitioner page to select booking service

Classes: Recurring classes with regular customers
Recurring classes - if you have a regular schedule/timetable of classes and customers, we are going to add a feature so you can set this up once using recurring classes. For now though, you'll need to add your classes and customers individually as per the above.
Let us know if you have any feedback :)

Adding Notes
We would like to be able to mark whether our clients have paid for classes or not, a note section in the "details" for each class would allow us to do so.
10 votesWe are planning to add a note field for each customer. Would this help?

Adding an 'I Agree to Terms & Conditions'.
We would like the customer to be aware of certain things pertaining to their bookings. We already have this on our website, but people who are booking never really see this, the simply go straight to the booking.
Ideally, all we need is:
Checkbox with "I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions".
Terms & Conditions can be a hyperlink back to an existing webpage? I'm sure this would be a very simple addition for you guys.

Hi Simon, we don’t have a checkbox function at the moment but you can add some text and/or a link to your terms and conditions (hosted on your own website) by going to Settings > Content > Online bookings > Enter customer details

Have customer login so they can keep track of multiple appointments OR forwarding all appointments to customer directly from Timely
Customers have often asked us for an easy snapshot overview of all their current and future appointment series. They love the appointment reminders but find it difficult to keep track of their most updated appointment schedule, especially if appointments change in the middle of a series.
While downloading/printing the PDF from the customers tab has helped a bit, it has proven to be a little difficult to maintain especially since customers may change an appointment in a series. Whenever this happens, we've found ourselves taking a lot of time downloading and sending a lot of emails and customers raising concerns…

Hi there, thanks for the suggestion. This is one of the things we hope to look at this year – the ability for customers to login and see all their appointments in one place. Stay tuned!

Previous price on client file
When making a new (not "book next" ) booking for an existing client that may be returning after a period of time, automatically show the previous price charged to that client, for that service, so that it does not need to be looked up manually or by going into previous history.

allowing "double booking" for providers who can see more than one client at a time
Some practitioners- for example our chiropractor and our acupuncturist- can take more than one client at a time, but the appointment for each person lasts 30 or 45 minutes. It would be great to add a feature that allows such "multiple bookings" for a specific staff member. At this point those staff members cannot use Timely and it is having an impact on their satisfaction and our services.

You can add double bookings via the calendar. Just click anywhere outside the existing booking and then when the appointment is created simply change the start time. You’ll get a warning, but it will allow the booking to be placed.

Embed Public Timetable
The ability to embed a read-only, fully CSS-stylable public timetable on your website, showing classes with ability to book would be brill!

class lists- need to be able to download into excel
When we download a class list we would like the option both to print the list as it is currently showing, or to download it into an excel spreadsheet so we can manipulate the info.
