  1. Cross-sell and up-sell options when booking online

    Complimentary treatments ( Like wine for food)

    Having the ability to suggest a treatment that relates to the one they are booking in. Having a manicure and could suggest a pedicure ect.

    • Petty cash deductions

      end of day reconciliation of takings and allow negatives in product sales to record petty cash payments taken out of til. Also need way to be able to use printer with cash drawer AND normal printer for repoirts.

      • Improve the dashboard graphs

        1. Currently, the bar graph section of Dashboard only shows future dates. Please enable user to view past appointments in bar graph. It would help someone like us to view the performance of the business in one easy glance.

        2. Show YTD figures for comparison

        3. Add the appointment value and appointment counts to the graphs

              I run a dancing school whereby parents have been asked to book their childrens' private lessons (services - 15mins, 30 mins, 45 mins, 60 mins) online with Timely.

              At present it is not possible to add more than one customer to each booking.

              This is no good for invoicing of students as the second or third student in the lesson will not receive an invoice and the student/parent that is booking will receive an invoice for the entire lesson, whereas each pupil should receive an invoice for just their share of the lesson.

              I was recommended to make the lesson…

                • Ability to refund or reverse payments

                  Add the ability to process refunds for payments made against invoices. Deleting the existing payment and invoice removes the record of that transaction, it would be better if this could be kept as part of the customer's sales history.

                  • Send a list of customers future appointments by SMS or email

                    I'm always being asked by my clients "when is my next appointment?" Especially as most of my clients book one or two appointments ahead. A lot of them either forget to write it down, loose their phone/data or just plain forget.
                    I'd just like a button to send my clients appointment dates and times by SMS or email. preferably with the option to "send next appointment" or "Send All"
                    It would save me so much time and would be an excellent customer service tool..

                      It would be great if there was an option for customer notes in classes to be applied to all classes in a series.

                        Inside the Notes section of Customers, it would be incredible if we could allow external links to show up as clickable links?

                        Right now they show up as normal text. While we can copy and paste the link into our browser bar, we currently can't click the link to have it open in a new tab.

                          Hello Support,
                          Is that possible for Mobile Staff tracking for locations updating to clients.

                          Its just Like GPS Tracking to find how far our mobile staff is to get customers location; while they lodged/signed in in system at their smart phone.
                          Sure! Call them is the easiest way; But as you can understand that while driving its hard to pick up mobile phone.

                          Its just a idea....!

                          this function sure can attract many more clients for you and more easy for us to advice that how far is our staff from their location.

                          • When rebooking the service dropdown could show the most recent services booked first

                            When I go to rebook a client it would be useful if the drop down began with services that client has had before.

                              I offer packages that include BOTH services and classes. For example, my clients come for individual sessions, but they also get access to group classes and workshops while they are seeing me.

                                  While I love the new app, it would be great to have a weekly view on my phone. Perhaps when the phone is in landscape view?

                                      Hairdressers need to have a Processing time eg. Between colours when they can book in additional services such as a cut or put up etc

                                      • Add an option to set staff as working, but not available for bookings

                                        Option in the roster to make employee working but not available. Without having to use busy time if it's a lot of days that's tedious

                                          We need to be able to add more than one service to the same invoice ...

                                          currently we can only add the one service from the calendar booking... this messes up our accounting later on (Because we have to bill the second service as a product - which it is not)..

                                          Clinico and most other platforms give the option to add as many services as we like to the same invoice - regardless of what they're booked in for on the calendar.

                                          It seems like it would be a simple fix .. and one that would stop me from moving…
