  1. Add credit to customer accounts

    Would like to be able to input a credit to customers account. e.g a gift voucher purchased for them so when they come in it is in the system as the credit.

      I would like to see the current clients who gave us referrals so that we can send them a card. Can you create a report that shows referred by names?

      • Indicate who cancelled an appointment

        There should be a way to determine who it was that cancelled an appointment.

        We ran into a situation where appointments were mysteriously cancelled, but the clients showed up, and staff couldn't figure out what happened to the appointments.

        As it turned out, the appointments were cancelled the night before the appointment by a staff member unfamiliar with the system, but we wasted a few hours trying to figure this out by process of elimination.

        It would be much easier if the cancellation would explicitly say somewhere who cancelled the appointment (the client or named staff member).

        • Add a "Where did you find us?" option to the online booking process

          A simple yet powerful marketing option, is a drop down menu in the end of the booking page, that ask the customers: Where did you find us?

          Same as you guys on Timely uses on payment site.

          • Creating the option of a branded mobile app

            Similar to the mini website it would be a nice option to create a mobile app in client branding. Special offers etc could be sent as push notifications and Customers could book online through Mobile App.

                • Allow customers to book into different price brackets for classes, eg. General, Student, Pensioner Price

                  When inputting a class into Timely, it would be great to have the option of selecting "Price:" > "varies" then adding different tiers of class prices that the customer can select from.

                  We offer student, pensioner and "bring a friend" discounts. It would be great to offer support for these types of bookings and online payments.

                  • Displaying a calendar/widget of daily classes for clients to see

                    I would like my clients to be able to look at a day and see what classes are available for that day vs having to know which type of class they are looking for and then being told which days/times that class is held. Many times they know they have time on a specific day, say tues?! and would like to see what my studio offers for that day.

                      We love Quickbooks Online - we want to fall in love with Timely too - but before we can buy Timely we need a two way sync between Timely and Quickbooks Online.

                        To make changes to an invoice you need to delete it and start over. Would be better if you could just edit it.

                          • Add a setting to allow notes to appear on client emails

                            We have just noticed that clients no longer see the notes section of a booking when they receive a booking confirmation. While we understand the usefulness of taking this out for many businesses, we have found it's inclusion extremely beneficial to the management of our bookings.

                            We are hoping that you can add something as simple as an optional check box below the notes section that will allow them to be included in client emails. (If that is indeed simple :) ) Alternatively something like a client and staff notes section would be useful.

                                It would be great to be able to categorise clients and then be able to sort/view reports on each type. I run a dance studio and some of my clients have private lessons, some do classes, some are bridal dance lessons, some are kids doing classes. I also would love to enter details of an enquiry and have the option of labelling them as a "prospect" or similar. If I could search/report by client type, then I could do targeted marketing and contact, and see profitability. I could also then track which enquiries I need to follow up with to…

                                • Giving users access to some settings, but not all.

                                  This may only apply for larger organisations, but it would be great to be able to split some parts of the 'Settings' tab to allow user rights assignment for specific parts of this section i.e. Roster, for instance which in our case changes frequently, would be nice if staff were able to manipulate this while not having access to things like General Settings. In our case we need to enable the whole settings menu for staff being able to manipulate the roster.

                                    is it possible to add a referral box on customer sign up page which will link to the refers account automatically so we dont have to do it manually. Also just like we get rewarded for referrals a customer name could be their link code to activate a reward when their referrals appointment has been completed?

                                        Can we please have a separate field for displaying the company name on invoices?

                                        We need to display 'Trading Name Pty Ltd' as our trading entity, but would like to display our 'Tradmark Name' everywhere else including 'received from' on emails.
