Using the Activity tab on your Timely Dashboard

The Activity dashboard allows you to keep track of what's happening in your business:

  1. In the Coming Up section you will see the appointments and busy times for the rest of the day here. If any customers have birthdays, a message will be shown there too.
  2. If your online bookings require a confirmation from you, then any Pending appointments will be shown here until you either Confirm or Decline them.
  3. You will also see a snapshot of Recent Activity, this will include any new bookings added to the calendar, online bookings and cancellations.

When you're viewing the Dashboard, you will see a red badge notification when there are pending bookings:
