Search for customers on the iOS app

Note: To make sure you get the very best app experience, you'll need to have the latest version of IOS installed on your phone or iPad. 

You can access a whole bunch of useful customer information from your iPhone or iPad, using the Timely iOS app.

This detailed history includes:

  • Contact information 
  • Account balance (Incl. any customer credit or amount owing)
  • Packages issued (Incl. visits redeemed and remaining)
  • Sales history (Paid and unpaid sales)
  • Appointment history (Both past and upcoming appointments)
  • Notes (Alerts, Customer and Booking notes)


Search for a customer

  1. Tap on the Customers tab in the menu: 

  2. Start typing the client's name in the Search field provided and tap on the client's name to open their record: 


View or edit a client's record

Once the client's record is opened, you will be able to view their full history:
  1. View a summary of their record including contact details, date of birth, account balance and status: 

  2. Tap Edit in the top right corner to make any changes to the client's record: 

View sales

  1. Tap View sales to view a full list of paid and unpaid sales: 
  2. You'll can switch between viewing Sales and Refunds at the top of the page: 

  3. You can then tap on the sales to view or print a copy of the receipt: 

  4. Or, tap on an Unpaid sale and Open sale to apply a payment: 

View appointments and notes

  1. Tap on a Previous appointment or Upcoming appointment to view the appointment details: 
  2. Tap on any notes to edit, or tap Add note to add a new note:
