Booking statuses are a great way of keeping track of where a customer is in the appointment process. They allow you to quickly see the customer's status at a glance.
When the client arrives at the front-counter, you can quickly update the booking in your calendar. If it's for another person in your team, they'll get a notification their client has arrived.
Step-by-step instructions
1 Click on the client's appointment.
2 Click Arrived.
You'll see that now the arrived icon is on the booking, and the colour on the side has a black stripe too.
