Important note: TimelyPay meets the highest global standard of safety and security for payment processing and card data storage being powered by Stripe. However, if Stripe is experiencing an outage, you will not be able to take payments via TimelyPay until Stripe has recovered their service.
Why is TimelyPay unavailable?
There are various reasons why you might be experiencing challenges with TimelyPay, this could be related to the feature itself, your network performance, or Stripe servers being down. Some reasons include:

If your Timely instance is up and running, but both TimelyPay terminal and online payments are not available, it might be a Stripe issue. You may want to check Stripe's status page to confirm. The Timely status page and our social media will be up to date as well.
- If you cannot collect payments using your TimelyPay terminal, you will first need to confirm what is causing the outage in order to take appropriate action. If you are not able to navigate to other web-pages, it is likely that your network is down. In this case, you should contact your network administrator to resolve the outage.
