On 5 September 2024, we're introducing a small price adjustment for our customers in Australia, New Zealand and outside the UK. This change impacts everyone who joined Timely on or before 30 June 2024. For those customers who joined between 1 July and 4 September 2024, the new prices will apply from 6 October.

Around the world, costs have been rising, and like you, we’ve felt the impact. In order to handle this increase in operational costs and continue improving our services, we’ve had to adjust our prices. We’ve done our best to keep this increase as low as possible.

Does this price increase affect me?
All customers in Australia, New Zealand and outside the UK, who joined Timely on Build/Elevate/Innovate on or before 30 June 2024 will have their price increased from 5 September. Customers who activated between 1 July and 4 September 2024 will have their price increased from 6 Octobe

How much is my plan increasing by?
Your increase will depend on which plan you’re on and how many bookable staff you have on your team. Please refer to the table above to see exactly how your fee will change.

Why is the price increase happening now?
Around the world, costs have been rising, and like you, we’ve felt the impact. In order to handle this increase in operational costs and continue improving our services, we’ve had to adjust our prices. Despite these challenges, we’ve done our best to keep this increase as low as possible.

When does the new pricing come into effect?
Your new pricing starts on 5 September 2024 and will apply from your next billing cycle. So, if you're usually billed on the 15th, you'll see the new rates on 15 September.

How much notice have you given us before the price increase comes into effect?
We’ve provided all customers with 30 days’ notice prior to pricing changes. This complies with our terms and conditions of sale.

I’m on a Basic plan or Tailored pricing, does this apply to me?
This change won't impact Basic or Tailored plans.

I signed up to Timely on or after 1 July 2024, does the price increase apply to me?
If you signed up between 1 July and 4 September 2024, your new rates start from 6 October.

Can I change the plan I’m currently on, or move to another plan?
Absolutely. We don’t lock you into contracts and our plans offer you the flexibility to adapt as your business grows. You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan directly in Timely. Just head to: Settings > Account > Billing and click on ‘Change package’.

Does this affect any of the features that are in my current plan?
No, all your current plan features will stay the same. Only the price of your plan is changing.

Does this have any impact on the price of Direct Phone Support?
No, the price for Direct Phone Support remains the same. It is included in all Innovate plans and continues to be an optional add-on for any other Timely plan at $30 a month.

I'm trialling Timely at the moment, am I affected?
If you activate your Timely account before 4 September, you'll enjoy the current pricing until 6 October. After that, your plan will switch to the new pricing. Don't worry, we'll give you another reminder before any changes take effect in your account.

I’m a current Timely customer, but I’m currently trialling a higher plan, how does this price increase affect me?
During your trial, there's no extra cost to test out a higher plan. After the trial ends, whether you choose to upgrade or return to your original plan, the new prices will be in effect.

My account is currently on hold
You won’t be charged while your account is on hold. Once you reactivate, the new pricing rates will apply.
