You can customise your emails so that your automatic confirmation and reminder messages have a personal touch. This could include specific instructions like where to park, account numbers for payments, or whatever you'd like to say to your clients.
You can only fully customise for confirmation and reminder messages and not for any other automated client emails.
Step-by-step instructions
1 Click on Setup and go to Email settings.
2 At the first section, you'll see a space to add Additional text.
3 Add your message. This text will show at the bottom of email and confirmation reminders.
4 Click Save.
