In this article, we’ll show you how to customise your TimelyPay payout schedule — so you can choose when you get paid, on your terms.
If you’re using TimelyPay — whether it’s for in-store payments, online bookings, deposits or cancellation fees — everything gets included in your regular payout.
Your payout schedule is how often you get paid, and you can choose what works best for you: daily, weekly or monthly. Watch the quick video or follow the step-by-step guide below to update your payout schedule.
Step-by-step instructions
1 Start by clicking on Setup in your Setup bar. Navigate to Timely Pay.
2 Click on Timely Pay. This action takes you to your Settings page.
3 Scroll down to the online Payments section. Here, you'll find the payout schedule currently set to Daily. You also have the option to modify this.
4 Adjust the schedule to reflect your preferred payout frequency.
5 Choose between daily, weekly, and monthly payouts.
6 If you select weekly, specify the day you want to receive your payment. In this example, we've chosen Friday.
7 Click Save and Done.
8 If you need to make further changes, click Edit.
9 To revert back to Daily payouts, click Save.
And that's it! You've successfully customised your payout schedule.
Changing the frequency of payouts too many times can cause a delay in receiving your payout, so only do this when necessary!
