When do you get your first payment?
Your very first TimelyPay payout will be delayed for security reasons. Customers in Australia will receive it 2 business days after the payments have been taken; customers in New Zealand - 4 business days later, customers in the UK and European countries - 7 days later. All the subsequent payouts will be paid on the next business day.
Please be aware these images are a rough guide only. Actual days when the money will be in your bank can depend on your bank and public holidays. If you have any questions about a specific payout or get in touch.
Where can I find my payout information in Timely
You can find all your payments information on the "TimelyPay" page in the "Setup" menu
If you click Edit on Payout Schedule, you will be able to change your payout schedule.
Where can I find my TimelyPay balance summary in Timely? (AU only)
If you're running your business in Australia, you may want to claim on your TimelyPay fees in order to get a tax return.
