If a staff member is unavailable or has different working hours on a specific day, you can update their schedule.
The article explains how to roster and manage staff members working hours including how to set default hours and adjust them for various situations that arise.
Step by step instructions
Rostering your staff at multiple locations: You can only view one location at a time. When switching between locations, staff members or months, the changes are not automatically saved.
1 Go to Setup, click on 'Roster', then select a Location

2 Click on the Staff dropdown to select All Staff or a specific staff member

3 You can drill down further by month and year, then click 'Go'

4 If you'd like to adjust the start and end times, click on the current time in the table

5 Make any required adjustments to the Start and End times and click 'Update'

6 If you'd like to remove a staff member, click on the tick or if you'd like to roster them on, click on the X.

7 Days that are different from a staff member's normal working hours will be shown as orange in the roster so that you can easily identify them. Make sure you click on 'Save Roster' after making any changes.
