This article covers how to respond to Timely payment disputes. Whether you choose to accept or counter the dispute, you’ll find instructions below. Step by step instructions
1 Head to setup >
TimelyPay.

Click on Stripe account details -
this will log you into your Stripe account and send you a 2FA code; once you have
this enter it in.
3 Click Payments which can be found on the left hand menu.
4 Go to Disputes, and click on the dispute you'd like to respond to.
5 Click either Accept dispute > Confirm or you can choose to Counter the dispute.
6 If you've selected Counter dispute, follow the steps in the video below:
