Note: To make sure you get the very best app experience, you'll need to have the latest version of IOS installed on your phone or iPad.
If you are wanting to quickly make changes to a staff member's hours, you can do this directly from the Calendar.
To do this on the iOS app:
- Head to the Calendar tab.
- View the relevant staff member's calendar for the date required.
- Tap on the date at the top of the column:
- A window will pop up that shows you the current hours.
- To roster the staff member on/off, tap the slider next to Working today (blue indicates working):
- Tap on the current Start time, then use the slider to adjust the starting time:
- Then tap on the End time to update the end time for that staff member:
- Tap Save to apply in the top right corner of the pop up to apply.
