If you're on the Build plan, you can only take online deposits if you use TimelyPay.
Step-by-step instructions
1 Go to setup in the top toolbar and click online payments.
2 Choose the type of deposit you want.
3 Enter the percentage or fixed amount.
4 If you use Timely as your payments provider, you can activate card capture.
5 Set your cancellation changes policy for online bookings.
6 We strongly recommend you set your cancellation policy. Your clients will see this when they book. You can customise these terms if you like.

This feature is available on all plans if you use Timely as your payment provider (TimelyPay). If not, it's only available on Elevate and Innovate plans. Find out how to upgrade.
