If you are rebranding your business, and need to update your Timely account to reflect a name change, you can do this easily. In this article, you will learn how to change your business name.
Timely note: editing your mini website link, will also update the business name that will reflect on your online booking link.
How to update your business name in Timely

Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, and click on business details.

Change the name entered in the business name field.

When you are ready, click save to apply your changes.
How to change the business name used for billing

Head to account from the main menu in your Timely home screen, and click on billing.

Click the update billing details button, and change the business name and any other relevant details.

When you are ready, click save to apply your changes.
How to change the name of your locations

Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, and click on locations.

Click edit next to your existing location, and update the location name to the new business name.

When you are ready, click save to apply your changes.
How to update your mini website address

Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, and click on mini website.

Click edit next to your current Timely website address, and then enter your new address, make sure it's available.

When you are ready, click save to apply your changes.
Timely notes:
- Changing any of the above settings will not apply to any existing emails (reminders, notifications etc) that have already been sent.
- If you have existing booking buttons, widgets or links on your website, these will need to be updated to use the correct Timely website address.
