What is the Consult library?
The Consult library houses all your custom consultation templates, in addition to being the go to place for adding new templates that you build from scratch; or where you can view a range of templates built by Timely in collaboration with industry professionals.
1 All your consultation templates live in the Consult form library. To get to the form library, head to the setup menu, and click library under Consult.
2 Any forms that you have built or edited will be listed under the custom tab, and all of our templates that you can use to get you started as listed under the industry tab.
How to create a new consultation form in Consult
Step-by-step Instructions
1 On the start a consultation screen, tap the create a form button. This will take you to the form builder. You can also choose to edit an existing form, by clicking the three dots on any form and selecting edit.
2 You can now edit from the list of form components, which on an iPad can be found to the left and your in progress forms will be found to the right. On an iPhone the components are in a drawer at the bottom of the screen. Click on a component to edit it, or drag them around to reorder your form.

The cog icon in the top right corner is where you can rename your form and give it a description. You can also share it with your business, or delete your form if you don’t need it anymore. At any stage you can click preview to check what your completed form will look like.

Click save to save your progress and exit back to your Library.
How to edit or delete existing templates in Consult

To edit or delete a template in your form library, click the three dots next to the template that you want to delete > and click edit or delete.
Timely notes:
- If you click edit your template will be opened in the form builder
- You can only delete templates that you have personally made
- Industry templates cannot be deleted
