How to manage expert consultation forms

In this guide you will learn how to manage expert and custom forms, enabling you to gather information seamlessly! Step-by-step instructions

1 Head to your setup menu > Consult > library.

 

2 Scroll down to form template library and click expert.

 

3 Select the template you wish to use from the options available (this will open a preview) click use this template.

 

4 Now you can edit the template as needed by either clicking the pen icon, or dragging-and-dropping elements from the right hand option list.

 

5 When you're ready click save.

 

 

How to duplicate a consultation form from your library

You can easily make copies of your forms by selecting duplicate. You will be prompted to rename your copy, and then your duplicate form will appear in your library. This is great for services that need very similar consultation forms. You can create your first firm, then duplicate and tweak the copy to make it work for another service.

 

 

How to delete a consultation form from your library

Important note: If you delete a custom form you will not be able to recover it, so please make sure you no longer need that template before you remove it.

 

1 If you decide that you no longer need a consultation template you can delete it from your library by clicking the three dots to the left of the template’s icon and selecting delete.
