If your client has asked if they can pay for multiple appointments at one time, you can do this in Timely. Just follow the steps below.
Step-by-step instructions
1 Click on the client's appointment when they're ready to checkout and mark as Complete.
2 Click Checkout.
3 On the Sale screen, click the Appointments tab.
4 You will see the current appointment, and all future appointments too. Pick the appointments that the client wants to pay for.
5 As you click on the appointment, it will be added to the client's invoice on the right-hand side.
6 Click on the Checkout in the bottom right-hand corner.
7 Select how the client is paying.
8 Click Tap to complete.
9 Success! The client has paid for more than one appointment.
