If you're fully booked when a client wants to make an appointment, you can add them to your waitlist. So if a client cancels, you have clients who might want to grab the booking.
Step-by-step instructions
1 Open the sidebar in your Timely account.
2 Click on Waitlist.
3 Click on Add to waitlist.
4 Add the client's details.
5 Select the service or services the client is interested in.
6 Add any client preferences like staff, day of the week or time of day.
7 Click Add.
8 Success! Now if a client cancels, you'll have another client ready to book.
