While you wait for your Timely terminal to arrive, there are administrative steps you can complete. In this guide you will learn how to prepare to switch payment providers.
Finish up with your old provider

Check your contract to see what your cancellation period is, and give notice to your current payment terminal provider.

Export and save data from your previous terminal. When switching systems, it's vital to keep a record of any transactions and sales reports for your bookkeeping and account reconciliation.

Complete a final cash up and reconciliation with your old terminal. You may need to run off two settlements for your final month.
D
Cancel your subscriptions. If you have any regular fee payments associated with your previous terminal, make sure you cancel these.

Update any documents or guides you have on salon processes.
Customise your payments
Review your TimelyPay payout schedule from your settings. Next working day payouts will now be available and you can select your payout frequency – daily, weekly or monthly.
