Add a discount to an individual service or product

1 In your Timely account, you can apply discounts to individual services, products, or both. You also have the option to apply a discount to just one item—like a specific service or product—without affecting the rest of the invoice. To do this, simply click on the appointment.

2 Click on Checkout.

3 Add any products that the customer has purchased, services or additional appointments, packages, etc. to the sale. In this example, we're adding an additional service.

4 In this instance, we want to add a discount, but only to the facial service. Click on the service.

5 You'll see a pop up come up. Select Discount dropdown box.

6 Let's discount it by giving it a family and friends discount code and click Save.

7 You will see that the service value changes and you will be able to see the original amount and now the discounted amount.

8Then complete the checkout as you would normally, and you're done!
