Step-by-step instructions
1 Your consultation forms may be sent automatically by Timely, but there may be times when you want to change how they’re sent or which services they’re attached to. To update this, go to setup, click on automation rules, find the rule you want to edit, and then click edit to make your changes.

From there, make any necessary changes—such as adding additional services or adjusting when the form is sent.
3 Once you've made your changes, simply click save and all future automated consult forms for these services will be sent.
