Step-by-step instructions
1 From time to time, you may need to delete your automated consultation forms from being sent from your Timely account. To do this, head to setup, click on automation rules and then locate the form that you wish to remove or to delete.
2 Simply click on the trash can icon and confirm the deletion of the consultation form.

Deleting an automation rule won’t remove any forms that have already been sent, but it will stop any future consultation forms from being sent under that rule. Once you’re sure you want to delete it, click Delete Rule. The rule will be removed from your automation list and will no longer trigger based on the selected services and form.
