With Timely, you are able to connect your online booking to your Whatsapp, through the use of booking buttons. This creates an effortless experience for your clients, as they can access your booking page in one click! In this article, you will learn how to add a booking button to Whatsapp.
Step-by-step instructions

Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, and click on booking buttons.

Select Book now link from the options, and then you will see a couple of options, we recommend selecting the book now link that defaults to mobile version.

Next a link will appear for you to copy. Once you have your book now link copied, you want to paste it into the description of your Whatsapp group. When you have done this, click OK.

You have now successfully added your booking link to WhatsApp!You will need to advise your customers in your WhatsApp Group that tapping on the WhatsApp name will reveal the booking link, when your customers tap on the link they will be directed straight to your online booking
