How to add booking buttons to your social media accounts using Timely – Timely

Note: If you are managing both a Facebook business page and an Instagram profile, we strongly recommend you use the Timely Facebook business login option to make the most of the connection between Timely and Instagram.

How to add a booking button to your Facebook

To install the Timely booking button to your Facebook, follow these steps:

1 Click the three dots on the right hand side of your Facebook business page.

2 First click add action and then the try it button.

3 Choose the book now option from the action button list, then click next.

4 Connect another tool, then scroll down the list and select Timely.

5 Once you have selected Timely, click continue.

6 Fill in your relevant log in details, and click save!

How to add a booking button to your Instagram

To install the Timely booking button to your Instagram, follow these steps:

1 On your mobile, head to your Instagram business page and click edit profile.

2 From here, scroll down to contact options and click the add an action button.

3 Next select a partner, in this case choose Timely.

4 Fill in your relevant log in details, and click save!

Note: When you are initially setting up Timely as a partner via Instagram's mobile app, you are best to choose contact options vs action buttons, as there may be a glitch where you do not have all partners available to be selected.
