Timely can turn invoices into PDF format by default, enabling you to print and email these as you wish. However, if you would also like to print receipts for your clients, you can do so through connecting a thermal receipt printer to Timely. In this article, you will learn how to troubleshoot printer and cash drawer connection issues.
Troubleshooting steps

Start by checking if your device is connected. To do this, open your browser and copy this address: http://localhost:631/printers/
2 If it is not, then add your device. To add your device, go to the magnifying glass at the top right-hand corner of your screen.
3 This will open up a spotlight search, where you can look for for terminal.
4 Copy "cupsctl WebInterface=yes" and paste into the terminal window, then click enter.
5 Close the window and refresh your browser screen. Your printer or cash drawer is now connected.
