Emails at times will end up in your spam folder, it is important you know how to prevent this happening; so you do not miss any important communications. In this guide you will learn strategies to stop Timely emails going to your spam folder, if this does not work - we recommend getting in contact with your email provider.
How to mark emails as "not spam"
If your email provider has marked an email as spam, it will usually be located in either your spam or junk folders. Once an email ends up in either of these locations, most providers will have an option to mark the email / senders address as not spam. When you click this, the email will be relocated to your primary inbox and future emails from the senders address should be delivered to your primary inbox.
