How do clients interact with consultation forms?
Important note: If your client isn't able to see their consultation, it's possible they are a duplicate client in your account. If you have multiple clients with the same SMS number we'll use the details that have the most recent booking made. Confirming whether you have duplicate clients before sending consultations is a great idea to ensure a seamless and professional experience. What do my clients see when I send them a consultation form?
Timely tip: you can send yourself test consults in your account, by heading to setup > Consult > library > send yourself a test confirmation > enter your phone number > then click next. This way you can preview what specific consultation forms will appear as when sent to your clients!
From your account dashboard, when in your Consult library, you will see the option to send yourself a test consultation:
