Why the change?
MYOB has introduced new maintenance requirements which require significant investment to keep this connection running. To focus on initiatives that benefit all our customers, we've made the tough decision to discontinue the integration.
What does this mean?
Invoices will no longer be raised in MYOB AccountRight when you complete an appointment.

MYOB's requirements are complex, given only a small proportion of our customers use the integration, we'd like to invest our time into other highly used and valuable features by our customers.

Should I start shopping around for other options?

Can I manually download my Timely invoices and import them into my MYOB account?
There are limitations to this approach. You can download the “Invoice detail” report as a CSV from the Reports section in your Timely account. However, certain line items such as credits, vouchers or items not assigned to a staff member will be excluded.

How will I keep my invoices up-to-date if I’m using MYOB as my accounting software?
If you’re using MYOB to sync your Timely invoices, you will need to ensure these invoices are imported manually into the accounting software.
