Having an organised service menu helps your clients have a seamless booking experience, and helps orient your staff. Once your services are set up, clients can book these online, or your staff can book them right there and then, in-salon!
If you frequently find clients booking multiple services, you may want to create service groups as a more seamless booking experience; that also enables you to include padding and/or processing time between them. In this guide, you will learn how to book an appointment with a service group.
How to book an appointment with a service group
Timely note: if a specific staff member is requested but isn’t available for all services in the group, the system will still allow the booking as long as the staff member is available for at least one service, and it will notify the client that other staff members will be involved in the booking.
