3 If you don't get the answer you need, the chatbot will connect you to a real person from Timely who you can message directly.
Extra support when you're on the Innovate plan
We have even more options if you're on our Innovate plan. To see all your options, you need to be logged into your Timely account.
On your tablet or mobile device, log in to your Timely account and look for the 📞 icon on the top navigation bar.
Call us on the phone
Only customers on the Innovate plan have access to our dedicated support phone number. If you are not on this plan, you'll find help here, use our chatbot, or get in touch with support here.

2 Scroll down to find the contact number for your region. Remember, phone lines are only open during normal business hours for Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

1 If you want to talk, book a time for us to call you back. Click Call us.
2 Click Book a Call.
3 You'll be taken to your booking options.
4 Select your region.
5 Find the next available time slot.
6 Enter your name, the reason for needing help, and your plan details.
7 Success! You're booked and someone from our support team will give you a call.

What to do when you can't get in touch
While we do our absolute best to be ready to take your call, sometimes we might not be free to take calls because we're helping another customer or the phone lines aren't open.
