How to get in touch with Timely support (all plan types)
Connect to our chatbot and live messaging
For instant answers, click Timely Bot, and select from options or type a message in the box at the bottom. If you don't get the answer you need, the chatbot will connect you to a real person from Timely who you can message directly. Live messaging is open during most business hours in the UK, Australia and NZ.

How to get in touch with Timely support (Innovate plan)
If you are on the Timely Innovate plan, then you are able to get in contact with our support team via phone. On your device, log in to your Timely account and look for the phone icon on the top navigation bar.
Call us on the phone
If you want to talk to someone on the phone click call us. Then scroll down to find the contact number for your region. Remember, phone lines are only open during normal business hours for Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

Book a call with us
If you want to talk, book a time for us to call you back, click call us > book a call. You will then be taken to your booking options, where you can:
Select your region
Find the next available time slot
Enter your name, the reason for needing help, and your plan details
Once you have done this, you are all booked in and someone from our support team will give you a call!
What to do when you can't get in touch via phone?
While we do our absolute best to be ready to take your call, sometimes we might not be free to take calls because we're helping another customer or the phone lines aren't open. If this happens, please explore our Help Centre for answers to common questions, try our Timely chatbot or you can get in touch with our friendly support team via our Help Form. The more detail you give us, the faster we can get back to you.
