How the Timely referral programme works
1 In Timely, click on your name icon in the top right corner, and then on the banner. You can also head over to https://app.gettimely.com/refer for your unique shareable link.

Click the copy button, or highlight and copy your full unique link. Then, share your unique link on social media or send it straight to your friends. Make sure you let them know why you love Timely!

Your friends click the unique link to start a trial (your friend must use the unique link you share to start a trial, so we know it was you who referred them). If they start a trial, we will email to let you know. If they sign up to a Timely plan, then you will be sent your gift card.

How many times can I refer a friend?
Go ahead and share your unique link with as many friends as you like! There are no limits to the number of referrals that can be made from your link or the number of gift cards you can earn.

How can I claim my gift card?
Once your friend activates, you’ll be emailed your gift card from Timely. You can select your gift card from a huge range of in-store and online brands in your country. Take a look here:

When your friend activates, Timely will reach out to you to arrange a suitable gift voucher.

How does my friend claim 50% off their first two months?
If your friend starts their trial through your unique link, their 50% off two months will be automatically applied when they sign up for a Timely plan.

What if my friend hasn’t followed my unique link to sign up?
If your referred friend hasn’t followed your unique link to sign up, please ask them to submit a request to confirm the referral. We’ll then be in touch with both you and your friend to confirm the referral rewards.

How long is my link valid?
Your unique link doesn’t expire and can be used at any time and with as many friends as you like. However, Timely has the right to cancel the scheme at any time.

I haven’t received my gift card, who do I contact about this?
Your gift card will be emailed to you if your referred friend’s Timely account is still active 30 days from the date they signed up for a plan. Please check the inbox of the email address you use for your Timely account. On rare occasions, gift cards may go to spam folders, so please check your spam folder.
