How to view and edit a legacy package
There are a couple of places where you can edit a customer's package:
- By clicking on the package in the calendar sidebar
- From the customers tab, by clicking on the package name in the packages section
- Once you click on one of these options, the edit customer package window will pop up
How to remove a service from a legacy package
How to adjust the remaining limit on a legacy package
How to add and edit the expiry date of a legacy package
How to adjust the redemption and start date of a legacy package
Timely note: redemption start date(s) and end dates(s) only apply if a date has specifically been added here. If you want clients to be able to redeem them at any time within the expiry period, leave these blank.
