Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard.
2 Select online payments from the dropdown menu.

Scroll down to find the cancellation terms section.

Enter your cancellation policy in the free text field, you can tailor this information to suit your business policies.

After completing your cancellation policy, when you are ready, click save to apply your changes.
