It is useful for your business to be able to control when your clients can schedule their appointments. For example, you may wish to limit appointments being booked too close to the start time, too far in the future, or too far apart from their last appointment. In this article, you'll learn how to manage your online booking time policies with Timely.
How to set your policies for online booking times

Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard.

Click on online bookings, then scroll down to the booking policy section. Here, you're able to set how soon or how close to their appointment time customers can book.

Determine how far into the future you want your customers to be able to book. For example, you might allow customers to book one hour before their appointment time and up to three weeks into the future.

When you are happy with your policy selections, click save to apply your changes.
