At times, you might need to manually adjust Rewards points for your customer. For example, you might decide to give them additional points for referring a friend to your salon. Or adjust points as they had purchased an offer.

Adjusting Rewards points & vouchers
Web
- Head to Customers and search for the customer.
- Click on the Rewards tab to view Rewards information for that customer.
- Click Edit next to Points balance.
- You can adjust Rewards points by using the Add or Minus toggle. Specify the number of points to adjust and enter a reason for the adjustment.
- When you're done, click Save and the points and voucher balance will be updated.
iOS app
- Head to Customers and search for the customer
- Tap on Edit points on the Rewards section
- You can adjust Rewards points by using the Add or Minus toggle. Specify the number of points to adjust and enter a reason for the adjustment.
- When you're done, click Save and the points and voucher balance will be updated.
Staff permissions to adjust Rewards points
By default, only the business owner has permissions to adjust Rewards points. You can also give your staff permissions to adjust points. To do this:
- Head to Account > Staff access. Find the staff member and click Edit access.
- In the Customer section, check Allow access to adjust customer rewards points balance.
- Click Save and that staff member will now be able to adjust Rewards points.
