Managing appointments has never been so easy. In this article, you will learn how to add your Timely calendar to Outlook. There are two steps to completing this process, once you have completed step one; see our help guide How to add your Timely calendar link to Outlook to finish setting this up.
- Step One: turn on calendar sync

Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, and then to staff.

Click edit next to the staff member.

Scroll down to the calendar sync section, and tick the sync Timely appointments with Outlook, Google or Apple calendars box.

You'll then be given a unique calendar URL - make sure to copy this URL to use later.

Then, choose which data to sync. For example, you can decide whether or not you'd like to add customers as an attendee.
Timely note: enabling this setting may send additional invitations or notifications from the staff member and/or customer's calendar.

When you are ready, click save to activate the link. The link will not work until you click save.
