Managing appointments has never been so easy. In this article, you will learn how to share your Timely calendar with your personal calendar, and have these sync together seamlessly. For more information on the calendar feature, see our help guide Introduction: Timely calendar.
Step-by-step instructions
Timely notes:
For Google calendars only: You can choose to do a Two-way sync. This means that your Timely calendar will have information from your personal calendar, and vice-versa.
For Google calendars only: Check the box if you want to Add the customer as an attendee to the events in your calendar. This means they'll get google notifications sent to their email about the appointment.
In future, you may need a URL to share with your personal calendar. If so, click edit and scroll down to calendar sync. You will see your unique URL to share with your personal calendar.
Only share the calendar URL with people you trust.
Every time the setting is enabled, a new unique calendar url will be generated. This will mean any previous URLs will no longer work.
Staff with more than 2,500 bookings will have their calendar feed limited to appointments 1 month prior and 6 months ahead of today's date.
Data in the calendar feed is updated in Timely every 15 minutes. Your personal calendar may update less often.
