Navigate to app.gettimely.com. Look for the forgot your password link and click on it.

Enter the email address associated with the password you wish to change. After entering the email, click on reset password.

Check your email inbox. You will receive an email containing a password reset link. This link remains valid for 24 hours due to privacy reasons.

Lastly, verify your new password. Once you're sure it's correct, hit the save button.
Timely note: If you did not receive the email, please check your spam and alternative email folders. Also make sure you haven't blocked any emails from Timely, as this will prevent you from receiving the reset password link.
