Must read: Starting March 1st 2026, automatic syncing of Timely invoices to MYOB will no longer be available. You can still export your Timely invoices and manually import them into MYOB. Import your customers
If you'd like to import your MYOB customers to Timely, follow these steps:
- Setup > Add ons.
- Click Configure for MYOB.
- Click the Import customers button to import your customers.
- Your customers will start importing in the Customers tab.
Note: If you add a new customer in Timely that does not exist in MYOB, Timely will create a new customer in MYOB for you.
