How to check out an appointment via Timely iOS App

When the appointment is over, you can raise a sale directly from the booking in the calendar. You will then be able to add additional products, services and appointments to the sale before applying a payment. How to raise a sale via the Timely iOS app

If you have cash management enabled, you will need to open the register before you can raise a sale. If you are unsure as to how to do this, see our help guide How to manage your sales register for cash management before continuing. If you are ready to raise a sale from an appointment via the Timely iOS app:
 

Step-by-step instructions

1 Click on the appointment in the calendar, and then raise sale from the pop up window.

 

2 You will be taken to the sales window, where the appointment details will be automatically added.

 

3 To make any adjustments, click on the booking. You can then edit the description, change the unit price or update the staff member(s) who will be assigned this item on the invoice.

 

4 To add notes or a reference to the sale, click the menu and then add note or reference. You can then add your reference and/or note and click save to apply.

 

5 A note icon will then be shown next to the customer's name. When you're ready, click the checkout button to take payment.
