How to add bookings from multiple clients to a singular sale

When you raise a sale, it's possible to add multiple bookings via the Timely iOS app. Whether this is multiple bookings for a singular client, or bookings across multiple clients. It can all be done in the one sale! In this guide, you will learn how to add bookings from multiple clients to a singular sale.

You may encounter instances where multiple clients had bookings at the same time, as part of a group outing. Instead of raising individual invoices for each of these client bookings, and then having to apply payments for each; you can combine these into the one invoice. This way, your client(s) can pay for their appointments all in one go; creating a seamless and efficient experience. To do this:

1 If raising a sale from scratch, click the [+] button to raise a new sale.

2 Use the select a client option to add the first client to the sale.

3 Then click on the appointments tab to add any bookings to the sale. If you’ve already clicked raise sale from the appointment, the client and appointment will already be selected.

4 Once the bookings are added, click the [+] symbol next to the clients name. This will remove them from the sale, but leave their appointment(s) there.

5 Next you will need to search for the second client using the select a client option.

6 Once you have added them, you can select their appointments from the appointment tab. Now all of the bookings will be shown on the sale. You will be able to proceed with the sale as normal, or click checkout to apply a payment for the total value.
