How to turn the sound off your terminal
1 Swipe from the left of the Terminal screen, tap Settings, followed by the admin PIN code 07139.
2 From the terminal settings, tap Sound and then tap on the words Payment Tone to change the setting.
Tip: Currently, tapping the checkbox will not cause the setting to be changed. Please make sure to tap the words Payment Tone.
3 Once disabled, press Back and Back again to return to the main screen.
How to turn the brightness down on your terminal
1 Swipe from the left of the Terminal screen, tap Settings, followed by the admin PIN code 07139.
2 Tap Appearance and adjust the Brightness and Display settings to your preference.
3 Once adjusted, press Back and Back again to return to the main screen.
The longer and brighter the screen is on, the quicker the battery will drain. So, if you find your battery isn't lasting as long as you'd like, reduce the brightness setting. That should help it last longer.
How to change between dark and light mode on your terminal
1 Swipe from the left of the Terminal screen, tap Settings, followed by the admin PIN code 07139.
2 Tap Appearance, then select your preferred visual theme from the dropdown.
3 Once adjusted, press Back and Back again to return to the main screen.
