When you need to cancel a client's appointment from your calendar, you can do it by editing the appointment. We'll show you how in just 5 easy steps.
Step-by-step instructions
1 Click on appointment.
2 Click the three dots.
3 Choose Cancel Appointment.
4 Choose the reason for the cancellation.
5 Click Cancel appointment to confirm it.
The appointment is no longer in your calendar. The cancellation is saved on your client's profile so you can keep a record of their appointments.
Good to know
Make sure you've set up your client communications so they get a message that the booking has been cancelled.
