When your client wants to make a recurring booking with your business, you can easily arrange this for them right from your Timely calendar; creating a seamless experience for both you and your client. In this article, you will learn how to add a recurring via the Timely calendar.
Step-by-step instructions

Click on the appointment you want to repeat and choose edit.

Click on the recurrence tab. In the repeat section, choose the frequency of the appointment - daily, weekly, or monthly.

Choose when the repeated appointments will end - after a certain number of appointments, on a specific date, or never.

When you are ready, click save to apply your changes.
Timely note: you can only make appointments recurring if they have only one service. If the appointment has more than one service, you will not be able to make it repeat in the future.
How to check your recurring appointment is setup correctly

Go to the top of your calendar and click on the date. Choose the date when the next appointment should be booked. If set up correctly, you'll see the appointment is booked with the same service and staff member.
