When one of your clients has recurring appointments and you need to cancel it, you can cancel just one or all of them with 5 easy steps.
Step-by-step instructions
1 Click on appointment.

2 Select Edit.
3 Choose Cancel Appointment.
4 Choose the reason for the cancellation.
5 Click Cancel appointment to confirm it.
The appointment is no longer in your calendar. The cancellation is saved on your client's profile so you can keep a record of their appointments.
Good to know
Make sure you've set up your client communications so they get a message that the booking has been cancelled.
