When one of your clients has recurring appointments and you need to cancel it, you can cancel just one or all of them with 5 easy steps.
Step-by-step instructions
1Click on appointment.
2Select Edit.
3Choose Cancel Appointment.
4Choose the reason for the cancellation.
5Click Cancel appointment to confirm it.
The appointment is no longer in your calendar. The cancellation is saved on your client's profile so you can keep a record of their appointments.
Good to know
Make sure you've set up your client communications so they get a message that the booking has been cancelled.
