Add an appointment or busy time
Click on a time slot to add an appointment or busy period.
View client details
There's a sidebar on the calendar that you can have open or not. When it's open, you click the client's name on the booking and their details will show in the sidebar.
Change the location that's showing
If you have more than one location, you can change it here. So you'll just see the appointments for that location.
Change the staff who are showing
If you have more than one bookable team member, you'll have the option to view All staff or just the person's calendar you want to see.
Move between days, weeks and months
You can move forward and back one day by clicking the arrows next to the date. Or click the date and you can pick another day, week, or month.
View staff details
Click the down arrow next to a staff member's name to see three options.
- Edit working hours to change start and end times, and lunch and dinner breaks.
- Show week view to see just one person's bookings for the week.
- Edit profile will take you to their staff profile to make any other changes.
Switch between Day and Week view
Switch between Day view and Week view with the button in the top right hand corner.

- Edit staff roster
- Change Calendar settings
- See Keyboard shortcuts
- Hide client names and prices.
